How do I report or block someone?
If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks the rules, you are always in control. Here is what to do.
Leave the chat immediately
Tap next to end the conversation and move on to a new match right away. You never owe anyone an explanation for leaving.
Report the person
- Use the report option in the chat to flag what happened.
- Choose the reason that fits — for example harassment, a scam, or someone who appears to be under 18.
- Submit. Our team reviews reports and takes action against accounts that break the rules.
Reporting genuinely helps keep the community respectful. If you ever see behaviour that is against the rules, please flag it.
