How do payments and refunds work?
Purchases on Joi 1v1 are optional. Here is how they work and how to get help if something is wrong.
Before you buy
- You will always see what a purchase includes before you confirm it.
- Only buy through the app itself — never send money to another user to “unlock” anything.
- Keep your receipt or confirmation in case you need support later.
If there is a problem with a charge
- Check your purchase history and confirmation first.
- Contact support with the details — the date, amount, and what happened.
- Our team will look into it and help resolve the issue.
